We’re excited to introduce XThanos, one of the newest stones in our showroom, and there’s no better way to show it off than in a finished kitchen like this one.
XThanos pairs warm ivory undertones with fine, light brown veining. It feels on trend without shouting about it: a stone that makes a real statement while staying calm, neutral and easy to live with. In this Chingford kitchen, it completely transforms the space and gives it a luxurious, high-end finish.
The warm tones sit beautifully alongside the kitchen’s natural interior, while the black sockets add crisp contrast against the pale stone. It’s a pairing that feels considered and modern.
We added two finishing touches to bring the design together:
An ogee edge on the island. This classic, elegantly curved profile softens the island and gives it a tailored, furniture-like feel.
A full-height splashback behind the hob. Running the stone up the wall turns the cooking area into a focal point and makes the most of the veining.
From templating to fabrication and installation, SharpStone handled every stage of this project in-house. That means one team taking responsibility for the details from the first measurement to the final clean-down.
The result is a bright, elegant kitchen with a surface that feels both timeless and current. Our client was delighted with the finished space, and we’re thrilled to see XThanos looking so at home.
